About us

Emy Solutions is a Latvian technology company specializing in the implementation of critical communication and incident management systems.

In 2025, Emy Solutions successfully delivered the Utimaco Public Warning System (PWS) platform in Latvia — in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Latvia and the State Fire and Rescue Service of Latvia (VUGD). The solution enables nationwide Cell Broadcast and Early Warning System (EWS) capabilities in full compliance with EU Article 110.

The project included integrations with all major mobile operators (LMT, Tele2, Bite) and features a high-availability CBE–CBC architecture, enabling secure, geo-targeted population alerts via Cell Broadcast and SMS.

Emy Solutions continues to support Latvian authorities with system maintenance, training, and regional experience sharing — and is ready to assist other countries or agencies looking to modernize their public alerting infrastructure.

OUR SOLUTIONS

We provide a complete solution suite for Civil Protection digitalization — including call center operations, incident and event management, task coordination, and seamless integration between multiple emergency and operative services. The solution also includes mobile apps for field response teams such as Ambulance, State Police, Fire & Rescue Services, and Municipalities.
